Antonia grew up in London, but spent every weekend and school holiday at Shermanbury.  

Extended family taught her the basics of farming, and many a happy day was jumping over streams and climbing trees.

She knows every inch of the estate.

Before starting a family, Antonia was a TV Producer, making shows for the BBC, Channel 4 and Sky, and corporate productions for FTSE250 companies.

She and her family took over the running of Shermanbury Place in 2022.  It has been a steep learning curve, but lots of fun! 

Design, digital, grants, applications, planning and more, Yas is a valuable member of the team supporting Antonia through every aspect of running an English country estate.

Yasmin wears many hats at Shermanbury. Her two main roles are keeping the SP Team on track in the office, and she's our head gardener. Managing a team of trainees and volunteers, she helps us keep shipshape. Yasmin also organised her own marquee wedding at a neighbouring estate in 2019.

Wingwomen and sidekick to Antonia and Yas, Emma has recently joined the team to assist with the launch of the wedding and events business.

With over 150+ weddings under her belt and consultant to numerous Sussex venues, Emma’s knowledge is an asset to the new, flourishing business.
